As a fan of the original Three Dog Night it was cool to work with Chuck Negron, the "voice" of the band as he was working his way back into show business after a few decades of drug addiction. The band he put together was all new except for the drummer who had been with the original three dogs for many nights. We provided a four camera switched shoot of the concert including a 27' Jimmy Jib and a bodycam. We lit the stage with lots of intelligent fixtures and some conventionals. We used our Argon laser for beam effects and hung a 16 x 9 format screen overhead to play back clips and live shots of Chuck. He played ALL the hits of Three Dog Night and sounded just like the records. Here's a clip from one of my favorites, "One".
