The 2006 ISES Houston Awards Gala was held at the Hilton Americas Hotel on July 30th. The theme "The Shape of Things to Come" was realized by a diamond shaped stage decorated by spandex cones, spheres and circle screens and an overhead 24' circle truss that provided decor and stage lighting. The audience of 250 event professionals were entertained by "The Three Waiters" an internationally famous operatic performance by skilled professionals posing as hotel staff.
