This video segment was the Closing Video at the annual manager's conference. We designed the video to fade to black as if it was ending. Then the narrator said, "But there's one more story to be told." The video ended with 5,000 people standing to their feet paying tribute to the 2,000 Waste Management employees who gave of their time to help with the cleanup operations.
