The North American Bengali Conference was a three day
cultural event for 5,000 people. It included cultural entertainment,
music, dance, drama, business sessions, movie theatres, art exhibit,
a trade show and presentations. Large scale stages were assembled
at the Houston GRB Convention Center and the Hilton Americas.
Non-stop entertainment was provided on two stages from 10:00 am
to 1:30 am along with a trade show and third musical stage
during meals.

Three 12' x 16' projection screens provided large viewing to audiences over 4500 people at the GRBCC.

 Acts ran continously on three stages from morning until late at night. A fashion show was part of the festivities.

A theatrical stage with traversing curtains was held in the Hilton's Ballroom of the Americas. The stage had numerous dance numbers, dramatical performances and music acts ranging from Classical to Modern. |
 The three screens were fed by our multi-camera switcher and various computer, DVD and tape sources. We recorded over 40 hours of Beta SP masters.

We set up art exhibit panels and provided A/V equipment for over 40 sessions during the Business Forum. |
