In June 2011, a group of 21 people traveled to Bagram Afghanistan as the Operation HOT team, (Honoring Our Troops) bringing a taste of home feeding 3000 troops, a Cajun meal and performing a five hour show. We also brought gifts for the troops, T-shirts, caps and food. Our part of it was to produce and direct the show. We had video greetings from four US Presidents, a Top Chef cooking segment, Magic show by Eric Chase, Jay Leno show by Marcel, Hypnotist Boris Cherniak and a concert by U2 Tribute band "Mysterious Ways". AV Equipment came from Kuwait and was a challenging setup in the tented venue.
